What warranty do you offer?

We offer a limited one-year warranty on all products, covering manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. In addition, certain models of mattresses come with an extended warranty of up to 10 years, administrated by the manufacturer. In case of any problem, you can contact us for assistance.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or incorrect installation, accidental damage, stains, spills, pilling or cosmetic wear, damage caused by moisture, heat, animals, or neglect, and products that have been modified, incorrectly assembled, or used inappropriately.

Clearance items, special orders, bedding, and mattress protectors are final sale and not eligible for warranty claims, unless it is due to manufacturing defect which must be reported during the first  24 hours after receiving the item.

How do you price-match?

If you buy a product from us and find an identical product advertised for sale at a lower price, anywhere in province of Quebec, we will match the advertised price by refunding you the balance. This offer is valid for 7 days from the date of your purchase.

What is the typical delivery/wait time?

Mattresses and accessories are usually in stock and ready to ship. They will be delivered in 1 to 2 business days following your order.
Sofas and other furniture will have to be customized and upholstered based on your selection. Therefore, it could take 1 to 2 weeks depending on the product and other factors.

Shipping and delivery

We offer free shipping for orders of $199 or more as far as 30km from downtown Montreal. In other cases system will calculate the shipping amount and show you in the shopping cart.  We will check the order immediately after receiving it and if there is any error in calculation of shipping we will contact you by phone or email.

Due to the logistical problems and cost, if a client misses his or her scheduled delivery, a $50 rescheduling fee will be charged to them before the next delivery date.
Also, if you prefer to do so, you can pick up your purchases from our warehouse in Montreal.
Please note that shipping cost of returned products not because of defects is responsibility of the buyer. You can either return the product yourself or accept the return shipping fee.

Clients Responsibilities in regards to delivery

To ensure safe and efficient handling, confirm that the furniture dimensions allow passage through doors, hallways, and elevators.

Clear all access areas specially during winter to ensure safe access.

Please note an adult must be present during delivery. 

What is your privacy policy?

In our own lives, we are privacy fanatics, so we respect and treat our clients accordingly.
We only ask for the information necessary to process your order and ship it to you. The information will never be used for anything else, or shared or sold to anybody else, ever.
Furthermore, you will never get any solicitations or annoying communications from us in future after delivery is made.

Be careful with scammers & criminals

We will never contact you to ask for any other information, payment, or access to your home.
Be careful with scammers.
Nobody, not even our delivery people are supposed to contact you. Delivery is arranged through the office and for that we will provide you with date and reference number of your order, your name and address, when we contact you.
Do not open your door to strangers. Anybody else claiming to be from us, or arranging delivery is potentially a criminal. Stay safe.
